As I saw her my heart started to beat as if I had just taken a shot of adrenaline straight to my brain.  As she walked past me I barely heard her mutter the words "Lets take a walk."  I could do nothing but stand there in utter amazement at my great fortune and stutter out an agreement.  In what seemed as a blink of the eye the walk had progressed over two hours, but I wasn't tired.  I felt as if I had been lifted unto cloud nine with nothing to bring me down.  Around the bend of the road our hands brushed together; my body went numb from pure elation.  We passed my favorite place in all of the town that I always went when I wanted to be alon
